Dinner with Station 11

Today members were out completing Pumper and SCBA qualifications. Multiple hand line evolutions were conducting including an extensive ladder pipe drill. Station 11 (Greenawalds) as well participated with probationary members.

Vehicle Extrication Training

For department drill, two vehicles were acquired to conduct vehicle rescue evolutions. Probationary members were able to complete required check-offs and qualified members had the opportunity to go through three separate "run-ins", which included every aspect of a motor vehicle accident.

Crosslay Training

Tonight members went out with a few probationers to practice pulling hose lines. Every new member is required to go through a familiarization and then separate qualification before being checked off to wear SCBA
