Cetronia Fire Department was founded in January 1924 with 24 active members.  Currently Cetronia Fire Department has approximately 25 active members.  Cetronia is located in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County Pennsylvania.  South Whitehall Township encompasses 17.2 square miles and is home to over 18,000 residents.

Along with Cetronia Fire Department, South Whitehall also has three other fire departments that cover the Township.  Greenawalds Fire Department, Woodlawn Fire Department and Tri-Clover Fire Department all work together to serve and protect the citizens in the Township.
